Q: Can I change the date/time of my flight?

      Yes, you can change your flight date/time with certain charges. Which will be list to you both on website and call center.

Q: Can I change the origin/destination of my flight?

      Once booking is confirmed, changing the origin/destination of your flight is not permitted.

Q: Can I cancel my flight?

      Some fare can be refund with certain charges, you can both check the refund rules at the time your purchase and on the management your booking.

Q: Can I add an infant to my Booking?

      Yes, you can. You can also added infant with you via our consumer website or Call center.

Q: Can I transfer my booking to another person.

      Transfer your booking is not permitted.

Q: Can I correct a misspell name on my booking?

      The Guest’s name on the booking should be identical with the name on the passport. Name correction is permitted for the following examples: spelling, interchanged first and last names, and title.

Q: Can I still use the return flight of my roundtrip booking if I missed the departure flight?

       Do not worry if you missed your departure flight on you round trip booking, you can still use your return flight.
